According to the online payment policy, hotel room rates do not include transaction fees of banks. VTC PAYGATE is our partner, assisting in the online payment process quickly and safely. You can make payment on the website by international and domestic cards. Online transaction fees will be calculated as follows:
• If you pay by Visa, Master, JCB ..., the transaction fee is charged 2.8% of total transaction amount + VND5,500 (*).
If you pay by Visa, Master, JCB ..., the transaction fee is 1.1% of total transaction amount + VND 1,760 (*).
(*) The transaction fee is automatically included in the total payment for each transaction.
